Sealartec is developing a fully autonomous launch and recovery system for manned and unmanned surface vehicles. The system requires minimal adaptations at the recovered boat or the recovering platform. The system includes an advanced sensing and control algorithm designed to make it fully autonomous. The entire launch and recovery process is done by automatic devices, starting from the capture of the bow in motion, until the recovered boat is secured on board the carrying platform.
